My Philosophy

I believe that making life changes is hard, but possible—and beneficial. So many situations and circumstances in life aren’t our fault, but they are our responsibility. And my job as a therapist is to help you gain that responsibility by helping you identify ideas, solutions, and ultimately, changes for you. I’m here to get down to the nitty gritty of the issues. I can’t change your problems, but I’ll come at you with “What are we going to do now?”

Are You Ready?

You might not be sure why you’re seeking therapy specifically, but you’re ready to show up and listen. Adversity in life is inevitable. We’re all going to experience it. I’m here to show you how to use it for your good, to see it as part of growing and evolving. Problems aren’t going to go away, but you can learn to handle things better in your own way.

I Can Make It Happen

I’ll show you how to embrace life’s challenges and fail until you succeed. I will hold you accountable to change your thinking, and teach you the skills to recognize a crisis that is happening, and overcome that crisis. I approach therapy with high energy, motivation, and solutions. I tackle tough problems like grief and ask hard questions to gain big results with you in your life. If you’re ready for real change, and you know where you want to go, I’m ready to help get you there.
