Our society is full of quiet heroes who are keeping families, friendships and communities together—through pain, trauma, crisis, and major changes. These can be very isolating situations, and I specialize in working with those who are facing challenging situations that aren’t going to go away, such as grief, parents and loved ones of those with mental illness, and caregivers of aging parents or with a lifelong disability. You may often feel exhausted, anxious, or overwhelmed and in need of ways to help you through the day. A second area of focus is with working women and career changers. I believe that it’s never too late to be who you want to be or discover something new.
